That's reflected in my non-refundable Concierge Care fee: $150 per person for Virgin Voyages itineraries, scaling up for expedition cruises and complex multi-destination trips. This fee is separate from your travel costs and is never applied as a booking credit — it's compensation for the time and expertise that goes into your trip, whether or not you ultimately book through me.
A few things. First, I can often secure amenities, onboard credits, or priority access that aren't available when booking direct. Second, I've done the research you'd otherwise spend hours doing yourself. Third, if something goes wrong before or during your trip, you have an advocate in your corner, not a call center.

Combined with no forced group activities, no mandatory dining times, and a layout designed to distribute guests across many spaces, the experience rarely feels crowded or overwhelming.
Absolutely not. There are no mandatory group dinners, no assigned table mates, no cruise director pushing you to participate in activities. You can eat alone without awkwardness at any venue, spend an entire sea day in a quiet corner of the ship, and engage with entertainment entirely on your own terms. The vibe is "do what you want" — which suits introverts and independent travelers exceptionally well.
Yes. Beyond your stateroom, Virgin ships have several spots designed for lower energy. The Perch, the outdoor sundeck on the top deck, is calm and quiet outside of sunrise yoga. The Redemption Spa's thermal suite (steam room, sauna, salt room, cold plunge) is a paid-access retreat that's naturally quiet. Even The Manor, the ship's nightclub, has quieter corners earlier in the evening before it turns into the late-night scene. Your stateroom itself is treated as a genuine sanctuary — room service is available any time, with no pressure to be out and about.
Virgin Voyages is adults-only (18+), which shifts the overall demographic significantly compared to mainstream cruise lines. The typical passenger skews 35–60, though all adult ages are represented. The absence of children changes the energy of the ship considerably — quieter mornings, more relaxed pool areas, later-night energy that doesn't start at 6am.
Almost. Your fare includes all dining across 20+ restaurants, most onboard entertainment and fitness classes, and basic non-alcoholic beverages. Shore excursions, spa services, alcoholic and premium beverages, and crew gratuities are additional costs — gratuities are charged at $20–22 per person, per night, added automatically to your onboard account.
